Md. Zakir Hossain is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and has been practising since 1985. Along with other major areas of legal practice he specialises in civil litigation related to landed property, money suit, writ, family matters, banking and income tax reference. He is affiliated with numerous company cases for multifarious companies including Bashundhara group and other giants. After being enrolled in the Appellate Division he has been conducting various civil and criminal litigation as senior counsel in the Appellate Division. Md. Mr. Mukut Subal Cruze undertook his Master of Arts on Economics and MBA on Finance from Tilak Maharastra Vidyapeeth and Spicer Memorial College ( Spicer Adventist University) in Pune, India in 1995. Mr. Cruze started career as a Probationary Officer in Social Islami Bank Limited, a private commercial bank, where he served for 10 years. Subsequently, he served two Leasing Companies for 15 years, namely People’s Leasing and Financial Services Limited and First Finance Limited. During his service, he acted as Divisional Head of Credit, Recovery, Legal, General Banking, Investment and Foreign Exchange as well. Ishraque Ahmad is well equipped to advise his clients in Criminal, Family and Immigration Law matters. Ishraque started his career at ‘The Blackcoat Partners’ and currently a managing partner of the company. Faiyaz Hasan, upon undertaking LL.B and LL.M, has gone on to become a Barrister in England and Wales, an Advocate in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, and a CEDR, (United Kingdom) accredited Mediator and Master-Trainer. He is currently a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. Apart from his expertise in Canadian Immigration and Refugee law, Faiyaz is a PIER verified, ICEF recognized and CCG certified Education Agent and Student Advisor and is legally authorized to recruit students for Canadian educational institutions. Fahad Farooqui was called to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister-at-law in 2015. He started gathering professional experiences from 2012. Miss Sharif Tahsin Farah, a barrister-at-law by way of being a member of the Honorable Society of Lincoln's Inn, has prior experience in immigration law from the UK, and company law from Bangladesh, in addition to having completed the Bachelor of Laws from the University of London. A former school teacher of O’Level English Language and a former mixed martial artist, she is able to constantly adapt to changes, work impromptu, and meet the needs of current circumstances while maintaining the highest standards of work ethics.

Imtiaz was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2019, having completed the Bar Professional Training Course from the University of the West of England, Bristol. His academic background comprises an MSS from the University of Dhaka along with an LLB (Hons) from the University of London. Audayto Ahammed Dhrubo is one of our Associate who completed his LL.B (Hons) from the University of London, UK with remarkable result. Resalat Belaly Prema is one of our Associate who has recently joined the chamber after doing several pupilages in a couple of law firms since 2016. She has completed her LLB (Hons) from Northumbria University, UK with remarkable result. Along with it she also enriched her extra curriculum activities and worked under various social clubs where working in these fields have increased her interpersonal skills which made her capable of attending client conferences and negotiations. Within a very short time she has proved her ability to work under pressure with patience, accomplishing excellence in legal service. Recently she enrolled herself to a PGD programme in Criminology and Forensic Studies. Her tasks in the chamber mainly involves preparing drafting petitions, evidence (multiple copies for all the parties and the court), process of filing (issuing) claims and to keep records for the senior. She is also involved in arbitration and mediation processes as well, mainly in-charge of research. She learned criminal litigation vastly in this place. Shuvro Dev Dutta obtained his Bachelors degree from the University of Asia Pacific.
