Md. Zakir Hossain is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and has been practising since 1985. Along with other major areas of legal practice he specialises in civil litigation related to landed property, money suit, writ, family matters, banking and income tax reference. Mr. Mukut Subal Cruze undertook his Master of Arts on Economics and MBA on Finance from Tilak Maharastra Vidyapeeth and Spicer Memorial College ( Spicer Adventist University) in Pune, India in 1995. Mr. Cruze started career as a Probationary Officer in Social Islami Bank Limited, a private commercial bank, where he served for 10 years. Fahad Farooqui was called to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister-at-law in 2015. He started gathering professional experiences from 2012. Sidratul Muntaha A hardworking and driven legal professional, Ms. Muntaha completed her LL.B from North South University and is currently pursuing her LL.M at Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). Ms. Gazi Faria holds a Masters degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from London South Bank University, both based in London. She began her legal career in the UK, gaining experience in immigration and family law. During this time, she assisted her senior in a landmark mahr (bride price) case that was featured in The Guardian. After returning to Bangladesh, she continued her legal work with exposure to litigation, intellectual property, and compliance-related matters. Jafreen Chowdhury is a Barrister in England and Wales, an Advocate in the District and Session Judge‟s Courts of Bangladesh, and is currently working as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. She deals with various types of temporary visas (Visitor, Study Permits etc.), Citizenship and Permanent Residency applications for Canada, including but not limited to applications through the Express Entry system, general PNP programs, various Entrepreneur categories, Self-employed, and Start-up programs.

Faiyaz Hasan, upon undertaking LL.B and LL.M, has gone on to become a Barrister in England and Wales, an Advocate in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, and a CEDR, (United Kingdom) accredited Mediator and Master-Trainer. He is currently a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. Apart from his expertise in Canadian Immigration and Refugee law, Faiyaz is a PIER verified, ICEF recognized and CCG certified Education Agent and Student Advisor and is legally authorized to recruit students for Canadian educational institutions. Faiyaz has experience working both as a practicing lawyer as well as an in-house legal counsel in Bangladesh. He was previously been the Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd., and the Head of Legal and Asset Management at Grameen Telecom Trust.

Having completed Bachelor of Laws from the University of London in 2017 and the Bar Professional Training Course from BPP University in 2021, Mr. Alam’s career in the legal arena started early in 2016 when he started working in law Chambers, gaining proficiency in drafting and vetting agreements and documents, preparing legal opinions, and conducting research on administrative matters. Miss Sharif Tahsin Farah, a barrister-at-law by way of being a member of the Honorable Society of Lincoln's Inn, has prior experience in immigration law from the UK, and company law from Bangladesh, in addition to having completed the Bachelor of Laws from the University of London. A former school teacher of O’Level English Language and a former mixed martial artist, she is able to constantly adapt to changes, work impromptu, and meet the needs of current circumstances while maintaining the highest standards of work ethics.

Imtiaz was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2019, having completed the Bar Professional Training Course from the University of the West of England, Bristol. His academic background comprises an MSS from the University of Dhaka along with an LLB (Hons) from the University of London. Since graduating in 2015, he worked for several years under the tutelage of Late Advocate Mr. Mohammad Idrisur Rahman, honing his skills in legal research, drafting and client conferencing before joining The Learned Counsels. Furthermore, he is an accredited mediator at ADR-ODR International. He also has institutional experience of teaching English law. Resalat Belaly Prema is one of our Associate who has recently joined the chamber after doing several pupilages in a couple of law firms since 2016. She has completed her LLB (Hons) from Northumbria University, UK with remarkable result. Along with it she also enriched her extra curriculum activities and worked under various social clubs where working in these fields have increased her interpersonal skills which made her capable of attending client conferences and negotiations. Within a very short time she has proved her ability to work under pressure with patience, accomplishing excellence in legal service.
